Joe, I would have to agree with you with your SWOT analysis about Hawaii's tourism website. I feel that it does need a more personal approach and more variety between the islands.
You have a great SWOT analysis for Ruth's Chris. I feel that they have a great website but people may want to see the actual menu prices and they need to keep updating it so visitors aren't getting old information.
Hi Joe! I agree with you about the San Diego Zoo. The zoo would benefit from having customers comment on their site. They can use these comments, whether they are bad or good, to improve their website as well as the zoo itself in an effort to make their customers' experiences more enjoyable.

Hey I love how you chose a steak house as your favorite website but I agree with Amanda usually prices change frequently. I also like the variety in the sites you chose but I think the Sandals websites are great! Good job though on the SWOTS.
I liked the way you did the SWOT analysis for each website. It was easy to read and understand. The information you provided was precise and clear. I also liked the variety of websites you chose, and the Opportunities section of the SWOT analysis of each website. I think you did a great job.
I thought it was interesting that you did a restaurant. Restaurants are definitely part of the hosptality industry though. Maybe it is just me, but before I go out to eat I will normally go to the website to see what their menu is like and what their price range is. However, there are very few websites that post their prices online. I do not understand it and it makes me so angry. I think that is an important part of marketing your website, because some people will not go if they do not know how much it is. By the way, I love Ruth's Chris!
